Erreick Stewart is the Founder and CEO of EnModev, a learning and technical services consultancy dedicated to designing transformative digital learning experiences for corporations, nonprofits, and educational institutions. With over a decade of leadership in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, Erreick brings a unique blend of expertise in education, technology, and organizational growth.
Throughout his career, Erreick has successfully led initiatives that expand markets, build impactful partnerships, and deliver measurable results. He is known for aligning innovative learning solutions with business objectives, helping organizations cultivate motivated, empowered learners and achieve sustainable growth.
At EnModev, Erreick leads with a commitment to intentional program design, ensuring every learning experience is built to inspire, engage, and drive real-world impact. He is passionate about helping organizations translate their goals into effective, meaningful learning outcomes.
Erreick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross, where he was a standout NCAA football athlete.

Tracy Armstead is the Strategic Advisor and brings over two decades of experience leading client success, product strategy, and learning experience design across education, technology, and media. As Strategic Advisor at EnModev, Tracy applies a unique blend of creative vision, operational expertise, and an unwavering commitment to equity to help organizations design learning experiences that center the learner’s needs and drive measurable outcomes.
Over the course of her career, Tracy has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, universities, and nonprofits to deliver impactful digital learning solutions. She has held leadership roles spanning client services, product management, and customer success, with a proven track record of fostering strong partnerships and improving learner engagement. A former visual journalist, Tracy also brings a sharp editorial eye and storytelling expertise to every project.
Passionate about mentorship and expanding access, Tracy serves as a career advisor and board member for education-focused nonprofits, helping guide the next generation of leaders in education and media.
